Wartabulukumba - The convoy of the Army Chief of Staff (KSAD), General Dudung Abdurachman, had an accident in Merauke, Papua.
General Dudung Abdurachman visited Papua for an agenda.
In that incident, a member of the TNI and a journalist from Metro TV were killed.

The victim who died in the incident was First Lieutenant Cpm I Kadek Adi Suharyana S.H. and Metro TV contributor Roi Dorsono Rahel.
Head of Dispenad Brigadier General Tatang Subarna said Roi Dorsono Rahel died after being hospitalized due to bleeding in the head.
"Roi Dorsono Rahel, one of the contributors to Metro TV finally breathed his last after being hospitalized due to bleeding in the head," in an official statement, Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Tatang added, when the vehicle crossed Km 62 from Merauke to Sota with a vehicle speed of 60 km/hour, the car the victim was traveling in came out of the road on the right, so the driver could not control it.
