Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Pol Gatot Repli Handoko said Saifuddin left after uploading a YouTube content which eventually became the spotlight of netizens.
"Our guess is (March 2022 abroad). So, since he uploaded the content on his account, netizens have been spotlighting him, according to Immigration data that month he left for America," said Gatot, quoted by WartaBulukumba.com from PMJ News on Saturday, April 2, 2022.
Gatot continued, Pastor Saifuddin went abroad when investigators began to investigate the blasphemy case he had committed. Likewise, when he was named a suspect, Saifuddin was already abroad.
